Refund & Return Policy
At Pawrelia, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you experience any issue with your order, please review the policy below and contact us at support@Pawrelia.com.
1. Custom / Personalized Products
Some of our items — including team-themed apparel, printed sets, or customized products — are made to order. Because these products are produced specifically for each customer:
❗ Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We encourage all customers to double-check their selections (team, design, size) before completing checkout.
2. Standard (Non-Custom) Products
For all non-custom items, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Items must include tags and original packaging.
- Return shipping cost for change-of-mind or size issues is the customer's responsibility.
3. Items with Quality Issues
If the product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong item:
We will replace the item for free and cover all shipping costs.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product issue
- A short description of the problem
4. Size Information
All of our size charts follow standardized measurements and are displayed clearly on each product page. Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing before placing an order.
Incorrect size orders (due to buyer error) are not considered a product defect. Exchanges are allowed for non-custom items only.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because many of our items are made to order, cancellations or changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing an order. After production begins, the order cannot be modified.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the product has a quality issue.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom / personalized apparel
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
8. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for standard (non-custom) products. If you need a different size or color, contact us first—do not return the item without approval.
9. Return Shipping
- Quality Issue: We cover the shipping cost.
- Customer Reason (wrong size, change of mind): Customer pays the return shipping.
